The 11-inch organic Dunlop latex mattress is the most customizable in our lineup, offering adjustments across all three layers to tailor support exactly to your preferences. Your choice: a 4" base layer in firm or medium, a 4" middle layer in firm, medium, or soft, and a 3" top layer in soft or medium. Encased in a luxurious organic cotton cover with organic wool filling for temperature regulation and natural flame retardancy. Queen and King sizes can feature dual firmness on each side, and the mattress can be customized to suit all heights, weights, body types, and sleeping positions. All latex is 100% GOLS-certified; custom sizes are available upon request.

Designed for versatility and durability, the latex layers are individually wrapped in organic cotton before being tucked into the cover. The mattress is compatible with adjustable bed bases, and an optional hardwood slatted foundation—crafted from spruce and fir and finished with organic cotton—is available to pair with the setup.
